Compensation

W-2 employee, paid two hourly rates. $40 per service hour — every hour you're hands-on with a guest. $20 per non-service hour — every other hour on the clock: room setup, sanitation, laundry, restocking, training, meetings, and the time between appointments. Both are guaranteed hourly pay, not commission and not booth rent, so your income doesn't swing with the schedule, and both sit well above California minimum wage. 100% of gratuities, on top of both rates. Additional incentive earnings available.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional, tailored massage — Swedish, deep tissue, and customized therapeutic work.
• Recommend service enhancements when appropriate.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms.
• Participate in opening and closing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with reception and fellow therapists on a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Active CAMTC certification.
• Strong Swedish and deep-tissue skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Weekend availability preferred. Luxury spa experience appreciated, not required.

Compensation

Additional incentive earnings available on retail and add-on services.

What you'll do

• Deliver meticulous manicure and pedicure experiences with Privelle's rituals — aromas, exfoliation, masque therapy, massage, hot towels.
• Perform natural-nail services, gel, soak-off removals, and enhancements (builder gel, hard gel) per your skills.
• Create French designs, chrome finishes, and nail art.
• Protect natural-nail health; follow all sanitation and infection-control procedures.
• Consult, educate, and recommend maintenance without pressure.

Qualifications

• Active California manicurist or cosmetology license.
• Strong natural-nail manicure and pedicure skills; gel application and safe removal.
• Experience with builder gel, hard gel, or other enhancement systems.
• Strong sanitation knowledge and attention to detail.
• Weekend availability preferred. Luxury spa experience appreciated, not required.
