- Founding list & marketing: your name, email address, and phone number when you join our waitlist.
- Careers: your name, email, phone number, and résumé when you apply for a role.
- Contact: any information you share when you call, text, or email us.

- Usage and device data through cookies and analytics (see Cookies & analytics) — for example pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring links.
- Campaign attribution parameters (UTM values) passed in the links you arrive through.
How we use your information
- To add you to our founding list and send you email and, with your consent, SMS updates about our opening, offers, and founding-member benefits.
- To review and respond to job applications.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer service.
- To understand and improve how our website and marketing perform.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Text messaging (SMS) program
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Privelle (for example opening updates, offers, and founding-member news) at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We manage messaging through our provider, Klaviyo. See also our email and SMS consent practices described above.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager), to measure site traffic and improve the experience. We honor Google Consent Mode: advertising storage is disabled by default, and you can decline analytics.
When you first visit, you'll see a notice letting you Accept or Decline analytics cookies. You can change your choice anytime using the “Cookie Choices” link in the footer of any page. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing.
- Convex — secure storage of job applications and résumés.
- Resend — delivery of application notification emails.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — website analytics.
- Railway & Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Privelle, our guests, or others.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete or correct your personal information.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your information; if we enable advertising features that constitute “sharing,” you may opt out.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Data retention & security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party sites (such as Instagram or Google). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
